Outstanding customer service - we are repeat customers because of the quality of your school. Thanks for your attentive and informative help throughout the registration process. We are very impressed with the options for study programs and accommodation, as well as the reasonable pricing you provide. Highly recommend to any foreigner wanting to learn English while in Canada.

'I'll NEVER recommend GV for my friends.'

I have had a consistently disappointing experience with the services at GV.
Despite raising concerns multiple times, the issues persist.
Firstly, the punctuality of the teachers has been a significant issue. My teacher was consistently late, often more than twice a week. Despite bringing this to the attention of the administration, the problem was not rectified.
Furthermore, there were inconsistencies in the level tests, making it unclear how proficiency levels were determined. The lack of communication between staff members only exacerbated the problem.
Considering the significant financial investment I made to attend this school, I expected a higher standard of teaching and service. Unfortunately, I have not received the level of instruction and support that I paid for.
