I spent two weeks at Kaplan, and it was a really great experience. I met people from different countries, improved my English, and gained more confidence in speaking.

However, I realized that staying for more than two weeks would have been even better for learning and making real progress. I would definitely recommend Kaplan to anyone who wants to improve their English in an international environment.

Warning to anyone considering studying abroad with Kaplan.

My experience has been extremely disappointing.

Before travelling, I was assured by a Kaplan representative that my accommodation would have air conditioning. However, after arriving in London during an intense heatwave, I discovered that none of the residences have air conditioning.

On top of that, I found serious hygiene issues, a cracked toilet that I believe could break and cause injury, and I had to spend my own money to buy new bed linen because the one provided smelled strongly of sweat and was dirty.

I have photos, emails, and voice messages proving everything I am reporting.

I hope Kaplan takes responsibility and resolves this situation. Until then, I strongly recommend that anyone considering booking with Kaplan gets every promise in writing before signing a contract.

In my experience, what was promised was not what was delivered. I do not recommend Kaplan. Spend a little more and choose a company you can trust!

This is more than a language school, if I could describe my experience at Kaplan London in one word, it would be transformative.
From day one, this school felt like a breath of fresh air. Situated in an incredible central location right next to Bloomsbury Square, and surrounded by endless cafés, parks, and great lunch spots, you are perfectly connected to everything London has to offer. The facilities are modern, surprisingly spacious, and kept continuously spotless.
What makes Kaplan truly exceptional, however, is the complete sense of freedom and respect you experience. There is zero judgment here. You are treated as a mature independent learner: whether you want to enjoy a coffee during class, wear whatever expresses your true self, or manage your own time, the atmosphere is fully open minded and welcoming. You can relax knowing you are in a safe space built on mutual respect and cultural diversity.
The teaching staff are brilliant, always smiling, skilled, and passionate. Even for highlevel preparation like IELTS or Cambridge Advanced, the lessons are really useful. Outside the classroom, the school organizes fantastic afternoon and weekend activities, but the flexibility is unmatched. Want to join a welcome event even if you’ve already been there for weeks? The staff will greet you with open arms. Need to switch classes or adjust your schedule? They are always happy to help.
The international community here is what truly stole my heart. You meet people of all ages and backgrounds, from young students to working professionals with fascinating life stories,all united by the desire to learn. You forge genuine, deep connections with people from every corner of the globe that broaden your perspective on life forever.
Studying at Kaplan London didn't just improve my English, it broadened my horizons, boosted my confidence, and made me fall in love with the city. It almost feels like a dream. If you are looking for an inspiring place to learn, grow, and feel completely free, you should come here

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the quality of the course I attended at Kaplan Language School.
I feel that the level of teaching is below expectations and does not meet the standards I was hoping for. The learning experience has been average, and I regret choosing this program.
In addition, the number of students in the classroom is too high, which makes it difficult to follow the lessons properly and limits interaction with the teacher. The overcrowding negatively affects the overall learning environment and reduces the effectiveness of the classes.
I kindly request that you take this feedback into consideration and look into improving both the quality of instruction and classroom capacity.

It was a really good experience ! Two months ago I begun kaplan with my B1 level and now i finish with my b2 level !
Every people are verry kind and also the teachers !
I loved the pedagogic approach for all teachers because they spend time to explain when we didn’t understand one thing !
